The Clubhouse is available for rent at the following rates:

Current Dues Paying Homeowners

Sunday - Thursday -- 50.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours required)

Friday - Saturday -- $75.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours required)

Security Deposit of $200.00

Rental Fees and Security Deposit must be paid online at www.RegencyOaks.org to confirm/secure your date

**you must pay for every hour that you need (including set up and take down)

Non Current Dues Paying Homeowners

Sunday - Thursday -- 75.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours required)

Friday - Saturday -- $125.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours required)

Security Deposit of $500.00
