1. Members must accompany and stay with their guest
2. No household may have more than four (4) guest using the pool at one time
3. Persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
4. No glass containers or glass objects are allowed in the pool area
5. No running, pushing or throwing allowed in the pool area
6. No bikes, skateboards, basket balls, roller-skates, roller blades or pets allowed in the pool area
7. Users must notify security or the police immediately in the event of an incident, accident or emergency
8. Proper swimwear must be worn in the pool
9. Babies under two (2) should wear swimming diapers, and toddlers two (2) and over must have swimming pants or suits
10. Toddlers and babies must at all time be accompanied by and in the presence of an adult 18 years of age or older
11. An adult 18 years of age or older, who is an experienced swimmer must accompany any individual using water wings or other flotation device
12. Members their guest use the pool at their own risk when there is no lifeguard on duty
13. Abusive, offensive, or profane language or behaviors are not permitted
14. All trash must be placed in the trash containers
15. All radios and sound equipment should be played at a reasonable level. The staff may request that a member or guest turn the volume down or off
16. Only authorized pool staff and maintenance persons are allowed in the pool pump room. All violators will be asked to leave the pool area
17. Only authorized persons are allowed in the pool enclosure and the bathhouse when the pool is closed. Any unauthorized use will be treated as trespassing and violator may be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution
18. Property damage caused by a member or his/her family or guest will be charged to the registered pool member
19. All damages must be repaired and all outstanding payments for damages must be resolved prior to re-admittance to the pool
20. The Regency Oaks Association reserves the right to revise these rule and regulations at any time in the best interest and safety of the members of the Community.
