Bylaws of Regency Oaks Article II Association: Meetings, Quorum, Voting, Proxies
According to the Bylaws of Regency Oaks, all annual meetings shall be set by the Board so as to occur no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Association's fiscal year. Today, Regency Oaks' fiscal year is equal to the calendar year. As a result, the Board may call a meeting any time before March 2nd yearly.
Article II
Section 2. First Meeting and Annual Meetings. An annual of special meeting shall be held within one (1) year from the date the Declaration is recorded. Annual meetings shall be set by the Board so as to occur no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the Association's fiscal year. If the day for the annual meeting of the members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour on the first day following which is not a legal holiday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
