The community researched the needs of the community's fitness requirements to refresh the exiting fitness center. The equipment in the Fitness Center was over 12 to 13 years old. After the Board of Directors received the recommendations from the Fitness Center Committee, the recommendations were partially accepted.
The Fitness Equipment purchased October 2015 is 36 payments. As of April 2017, the community has 18 months remaining.
